Разница между договорными мощностями из одних стран (импорт) и договорными мощностями в другие страны (экспорт). Эти значения относятся только к среднесрочным и долгосрочным договорам по обмену электроэнергией с твердо установленной диспетчеризацией мощностей во время часов с высокой нагрузкой. Участие электростанций, находящихся под общим руководством, рассматривается как договорные мощности, поступающие из других стран или в другие страны. В любом случае, при невозможности диспетчеризации мощностей из других стран или в другие страны, независимо от того, по какой причине это происходит, такие мощности не могут учитываться в рамках договорных обменов. Общая сумма договорных обменов мощностями представляет собой обменный баланс с третьими странами.

These values include only medium-term and long-term exchange contracts with firm dispatchability of power during the high load hours. Contributions from power stations with joint operation are regarded as contractual power from other countries or to other countries. In any case of indispatchability of contractual power from other countries or to other countries, whatever the reason may be, it must not be taken into account within the contractual exchanges. The total of contractual exchanges represents the exchange balance with third countries.
